Where's My Thank-you Gift?

This is the most frequently asked question after a membership drive at KBYU-TV. Until recently, the thank-you gifts were sent out when the entire pledge was paid in full. Since many of our members pay on an installment plan throughout the year, this caused an unusually long delay- so we changed it!

Your thank-you gift will be sent when we receive the equivalent of three monthly installments on your pledge. If you decide to pay your pledge in full right from the beginning, then you will receive your gift within 4-6 weeks.

If you have paid at least the minimum amount required and still do not receive your gift soon afterwards, please call our Membership Services at 1-800-298-KBYU so that we can personally make sure that any problems are resolved and you receive your thank-you gift.....after all, it's our way of saying thank-you to our members for their support!

Is my contribution to KBYU tax-deductible?

Your contribution is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law, i.e., the amount of your contribution less the fair market value of any gift(s) received.

What kinds of payment options do you offer for my donation?

We try to make it as easy as possible to make a donation to KBYU. You can pay for your donation in any number of ways:

• You can make a single payment by check or money order.
• You can pay in monthly installments.
• You can use your credit card, either in a single payment or on credit card installments.
• You can pay by direct donation, authorizing your bank to automatically transfer your membership contribution from your checking account directly to KBYU each month.
